Donate to Support the Lewes Community Garden (LCG)

Lewes Community Garden is a local non-profit organization run by volunteers. We are working toward creating a sustainable community garden using organic gardening practices. We donate hundreds of pounds of our produce to local food banks annually.

Bed rental fees cover garden maintenance. Our future growth depends upon individual and community donations as well as grants.

In 2024 we are raising funds to finance two projects:

• Construction of a mobility bed to support gardeners who have physical limitations and need a bed raised to waist height.
• Addition of a second shed to store equipment such as lawn mowers and large tools. Our existing shed will be used for smaller items such as materials for organizing and packaging our weekly harvest donations to food pantries.
